Duties include supervising equipment operating staff, overseeing product bagging operations, maintaining product and supply inventories, and supervising temporary labor contractors.**Estimated Pay Range:**$60,782.49 - $83,575.93**Benefits:*** Health Insurance with choice of medical plan and prescription, dental, vision, and life and disability insurance options, along with flexible spending accounts* 401K retirement savings program with generous agency match* Paid vacation, personal and sick leave* Eleven paid holidays per year* Tuition assistance**Minimum Requirements:**Graduation from a standard high school or GED plus one year of supervisory experience in field operations, recycling/solid waste or construction activities and three years prior experience operating heavy equipment. OR;Graduation from a standard high school or GED plus six years of progressively responsible experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment applicable to the hiring facility. This experience must include a lead role in field operations, recycling/solid waste or construction activities.**Preferred qualifications include:**Computer skills and CDL Class B.**Note:** Persons appointed to this position will be required to attend supervisory training within 6 months of appointment, or the earliest available training if training is not offered within 6 months. Complete OSHA 10 hr.
