Position Overview:

Republican Jobs is recruiting on behalf of a client, a political technology company, seeking an experienced Media Planner to oversee digital advertising campaigns for political and commercial clients.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, data-driven digital advertising professional with hands-on experience managing campaigns across programmatic display, video, connected TV (CTV), search, and social media platforms.

This individual will be responsible for campaign planning, setup, execution, optimization, and performance reporting while collaborating with internal teams, clients, and media partners to deliver effective advertising programs.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns for political and commercial clients.
• Oversee paid media campaigns across programmatic display, online video, streaming/CTV, paid search, and social media platforms.
• Manage campaign setup, audience targeting, tracking parameters, naming conventions, and quality assurance.
• Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, budgets, and performance to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues, tracking discrepancies, and platform-related challenges.
• Conduct A/B testing of advertising creative, messaging, audiences, and placements to improve campaign performance.
• Analyze campaign metrics, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Work directly with clients to understand campaign objectives, communicate results, and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and media partners to ensure timely campaign launches and successful execution.
• Stay current with developments in digital advertising platforms, targeting capabilities, programmatic technology, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Professional experience in digital media planning, media buying, programmatic advertising, or digital campaign management.
• Hands-on experience with advertising platforms such as The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager .
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple digital advertising campaigns simultaneously across different platforms and objectives.
• Strong understanding of campaign setup, tracking, audience targeting, budget pacing, and performance optimization.
• Experience analyzing digital advertising metrics and translating performance data into practical recommendations.
• Familiarity with programmatic display, video, connected TV (CTV), search, and paid social advertising.
• Previous experience working directly with clients and maintaining professional relationships.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with political advertising, commercial digital campaigns, advertising agencies, or political technology companies preferred.
