ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Senior Client Delivery Analyst is a detail‑oriented, proactive, and customer‑focused individual, and requires a seasoned professional with expertise in onboarding fintech clients in the financial services industry. As the Senior Client Delivery Analyst, you will oversee the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices while delivering exceptional client experiences. You will support a team of onboarding specialists, streamline processes, and serve as a key liaison between internal teams and clients during the transition to our platform and services. Key Responsibilities Lead the onboarding process for fintech firms, educating and answering their questions, communicating timelines, identifying blockers and escalating with stakeholders when necessary, resulting in quick resolution and absence of ambiguity. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, sales, relationship management, service and the internal onboarding teams so that all stakeholders are aware where new clients are in their onboarding journey. Guide and support clients through the onboarding process utilizing knowledge of firms’ expectations for onboarding with new custodians creating trust and confidence with Apex. Liaise with key platform partners (Orion, Advyzon, Docupace, AdvisorArch, etc) on shared onboarding processes eliminating risk and delays for firms as they onboard. Coordinate with the Apex onboarding team, and platform partners’ teams, to ensure technical setup is flawless. Develop and maintain an "at‑a‑glance" dashboard to provide the Onboarding leadership teams with up‑to‑date information on the onboarding journey of every client. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) required 5+ years of experience in client onboarding in a financial services or broker‑dealer environments Deep knowledge of fintech firms' onboarding expectations with new custodians and a proven track record of successful firm transitions Experience managing complex projects involving multiple technology vendors FINRA SIE and Series 99 License(s) required (or willingness to obtain); Preferred Qualifications Experience leading teams is preferred Series 7 preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent project management, organizational and communication skills – attention to detail is a must Strong relationship‑building skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with clients and internal teams Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Technical acumen and ability to quickly learn new technologies We offer a robust package of employee perks and benefits, including healthcare benefits (medical, dental and vision, EAP), competitive PTO, 401k match, parental leave, and HSA contribution match. Salary Range $90,640-$113,300 The annual base salary range for this position is noted above. Exact compensation offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and office location.
