Analytic Objectivity and Process Survey Support Specialist in Germantown

Description Leidos has a new and exciting opportunity for an Analytic Objectivity and Process Survey Support Specialist in the Intel Sector Analysis Solutions Business Area (ASBA). Our team works in Security Engineering, Computer Network Operations (CNO), Mission Software, Analytical Methods and Modeling, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Cryptographic Key Management. Job Description The role provides support to evaluate adherence to Intelligence Community analytic standards in intelligence products, practices, and processes. Tasks include designing, testing, administering surveys; collecting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting survey data; and preparing tailored briefings to assess compliance with analytic standards for IC elements, Combatant Commands, and other analytic entities. Primary Responsibilities Recommend survey design, testing, and administration across multiple platforms. Assist customers in identifying suitable survey tools on various platforms. Provide expert support on methodological, technological, and ethical aspects, ensuring neutrality, precision, repeatability, cost‑benefit analyses, and respondent anonymity. Ensure accessibility and accuracy of surveys by resolving technical issues before launch. Manage survey administration and monitor and resolve all technical issues during the survey period. Consolidate data and provide integrated data analysis of survey results. Compile and organize element‑specific free‑text responses and use AI/LLM tools to confirm human review of the text comments. Develop and present survey findings with appropriate visualizations and recommend presentation formats to communicate findings to senior management. Create customized briefing materials and presentations featuring aggregate data, element‑specific data, and content for key stakeholders. Basic Qualifications Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph. Typically requires a BS degree and 8‑12 years of relevant experience or an MS degree and 6‑10 years of relevant experience; education may be exchanged for experience. Expertise in survey tools and software such as LimeSurvey. Proficiency in survey data analysis methodologies and tools (e.g., Tableau, Microsoft Excel, IBM SPSS), quantitative methods, and data visualization techniques. Experience providing advisement on intelligence products and processes.
