Divisional Financial Controller

Spectrum Search Group has been retained by a large, privately held infrastructure manufacturing and engineering organization with multiple operations across the central and southern DFW area. Our client is a multi-entity business experiencing steady growth and investing in operational and finance transformation. We are seeking a Divisional Controller to lead the accounting function across several operating units. This is a high-impact role with significant visibility to executive leadership and the opportunity to build processes, improve reporting, and develop a team.
