Marketing Specialist- Property Management

We believe successful growth is best achieved by developing high-quality teams and empowering them to boost property performance.Position Overview:As our Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing effective marketing strategies to drive occupancy, brand awareness, and lead generation across our portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in both traditional and digital marketing- within the multifamily property management sector. Experience with Yardi Products is preferred.Develop and implement marketing campaigns for residential propertiesUtilize CRM IQ to manage listings, track performance, and maintain accurate online presenceOversee digital advertising (Google Ads, social media, SEO, retargeting) and content marketingManage online reputation and respond to reviews across relevant platformsCreate marketing collateral and ensure brand consistency across all mediaAnalyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports and recommendationsCollaborate with on-site teams to ensure marketing goals align with leasing objectivesCoordinate property photography, videography, and virtual toursQualifications:2-5 years of experience in marketing analysis, data analysis, or graphic design.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.Proficiency with data analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Excel.Strong design skills, with experience in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.Excellent attention to detail, both in data analysis and design work, with the ability to see both the big picture and finer details.Strong communication skills to present insights and creative ideas effectively.Organized and deadline-driven, able to handle multiple projects.Peak Living offers a competitive compensation package, including health, vision, dental, and life insurance.Full BenefitsJob type:
