Critical Care Physician OpportunityIntermountain Health is seeking a Critical Care Physician to join our established team of intensivists at McKay-Dee Hospital, a state-of-the-art, 324-bed Level II Trauma Center and Certified Stroke Center in Ogden, Utah.As part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary critical care team, you will provide care for complex, critically ill patients while supporting advanced therapies in a high-acuity ICU setting. The team consists of 12 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care through a team-based model.In This Role, You Can Expect To:Practice at McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, UtahProvide care in a 32-bed adult mixed medical/surgical ICU serving general surgery, cardiovascular surgery, neurosurgery, and medical patientsWork within a 24/7 in-house ICU coverage model, including a mix of day and night shifts10.5-hour day-shifts, 14.5-hour night-shiftsCollaborate closely with experienced intensivists and advanced practice providersParticipate in teaching opportunities with family medicine residents, medical students, and APPs throughout the yearHow We'll Support You:Competitive Compensation: $491,750.00 annual salaryIncentives: $30,000 starting bonus, and up to $20,000 relocation assistance (if applicable)We care about your well-being which is why we provide our caregivers a generous benefits package.
