As a Locum Nephrologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with kidney-related conditions. You will be involved in diagnosing, treating, and managing patients' health issues while collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Responsibilities Provide expert nephrology care to patients in a clinical setting Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient care Educate patients and families on kidney health and disease management Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Participate in continuing education and professional development Adhere to clinical guidelines and best practices in nephrology Requirements MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Valid medical license to practice in the state of Florida Experience in nephrology preferred but not mandatory Strong clinical skills and patient management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to providing high-quality patient care Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic setting Schedule: 8-hour clinic shifts Call Requirement: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday nights and some weekends Setting: Outpatient with inpatient call Patient Census: 10 per day Board certification required Paid travel & expenses #J-18808-Ljbffr Rinvio Recruitment
