RN Supervisor

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Schedule: Full-Time | Day, Evening, and Overnight Shifts Available

Compensation: $52.00 – $58.00 per hour

A skilled nursing facility in Brooklyn is seeking experienced RN Supervisors for all three shifts. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, supporting clinical staff, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to the facility's geriatric and long-term care residents.

The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility and a strong understanding of long-term care regulations, clinical operations, and resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
• Ensure residents receive high-quality care in accordance with facility standards and regulatory requirements
• Serve as a clinical resource for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Monitor resident conditions and address clinical concerns as they arise
• Oversee admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
• Assist with staffing coordination and assignment management
• Collaborate with physicians, rehabilitation staff, and interdisciplinary team members
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and resident care concerns
• Support quality assurance and risk management initiatives
• Maintain a positive and professional work environment

Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license required
• Previous RN Supervisor, Charge Nurse, ADON, or nursing leadership experience preferred
• Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care experience required
• Strong leadership and clinical assessment skills
• Knowledge of NYS Department of Health regulations and survey processes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
