What You'll Do

• Interviewing patients and recording vital signs (pulse, temperature, blood pressure, weight, height)
• Preparing treatment rooms and assisting providers during exams and procedures
• Administering injections, performing routine lab tests, and operating diagnostic equipment (e.g., EKG)
• Maintaining clean, stocked exam rooms and sterilizing instruments
• Scheduling tests and coordinating with other medical departments
• Participating in quality assurance and compliance efforts
• Supporting a culture of safety, confidentiality, and teamwork

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; plus one year of Medical Assistant experience in a family practice setting
• CMA, CCMA, or RMA certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
• Ability to calculate drug dosages and interpret clinical instructions
• Flexibility to work across locations and shifts
• Bilingual/bicultural skills strongly preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
