Physical Therapist (PT) | Full-time | Outpatient Clinic

Sign-on Bonus: Up to $20,000

Our team addresses a wide variety of conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, gait and balance issues, as well as sports-related injuries. Whether you prefer a general caseload or wish to focus on specialties such as orthopedics (including pre and post-operative care), manual therapy, hand therapy, prosthetic rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, or concussion management, we provide the opportunity to pursue your interests.

Your Responsibilities:

• Administer personalized, evidence-based therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions.
• Accurately document patient care using Raintree EMR.
• Manage a caseload of around 50 visits weekly, supported by AI-driven tools that streamline documentation.
• Foster a culture of clinical learning and peer collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning abilities.
• Dedication to compassionate, patient-centered care.
