Project Administrator

Salute is a global leader in delivering data centre and digital infrastructure solutions. As part of our continued growth across EMEA, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our Project Management team supporting projects across the region. The Project Administrator will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and wider Project Management team to support the day-to-day administration and coordination of projects across EMEA. The successful candidate will help ensure that project information, actions, documentation and reporting activities are accurately maintained and effectively communicated. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Senior Project Manager and wider Project Management team across EMEA projects Maintain accurate project records, trackers, reports and supporting documentation Organise project meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes and track actions Follow up on project actions, deadlines, risks and updates with relevant stakeholders Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors and client teams to obtain required information and updates Support project reporting activities and maintain dashboards and project trackers Assist with document control, ensuring project files and templates are maintained consistently Support project financial administration, including purchase orders, invoices and cost tracking where required Escalate overdue actions, missing information and project blockers as appropriate Qualifications and Experience Previous experience in a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, PMO Administrator or similar role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, clients and internal stakeholders Experience supporting meetings, maintaining project documentation and tracking actions Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint Experience with Smartsheet, Salesforce or Sage Intacct would be advantageous Fluent German, both written and spoken, is highly desirable What We Offer Structured career growth and development opportuniti Exposure to international projects across EMEA Dynamic and collaborative work environment Opportunity to develop within Project Management and PMO functions Competitive salary and benefits package At Salute, we are committed to building long-term careers and investing in our people.
