Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to understand clients’ needs, and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at achieving their specific therapeutic goals.

  • Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of client records by maintaining detailed electronic health records (EHR) using our integrated digital systems.

  • Engage in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development to stay informed about best practices in mental health counseling and to maintain licensure.

  • Provide crisis intervention services and risk assessments when required, empowering clients with immediate support during critical moments.

The primary client population served by Johnson Behavioral Health Center includes individuals and families from diverse backgrounds facing various mental health challenges. You will work with clients who may be dealing with significant issues such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), relationship conflicts, and major life transitions. Qualifications\n

  • A master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

  • Active licensure as a mental health counselor in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time remote position offers a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
