We're seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Representative to drive new business growth while delivering outstanding customer service. This role is designed for a goal-oriented professional who thrives in a structured sales environment. You will work in a office that offers flexibility, hands-on training, and warm leads with the potential to move to a hybrid work schedule.

• First year employees earn on average $60,000 a year with base + commissions.
• With our top earners making up to $119,270 with base + commissions.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Conduct high-volume outbound sales activity with 100 or more dials per day
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Maintain consistent follow-up to maximize close rates

Requirements

• Active Property Casualty insurance license required , Life is a plus
• Prior insurance sales experience
• Competitive mindset with the ability to perform in a goal-driven environment
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and coachable
• Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills
