Bakery Shift Manager- CRUMBL

Crumbl is hiring a Shift Manager to help lead daily operations and run a variety of shifts across our bakery.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading from the front, and may be looking to grow into higher-level leadership.

Shift Managers work closely with store leadership to ensure strong execution, team accountability, and consistent production throughout the day.

Schedule & Availability

• 30-40 hrs
• Shifts run from 6am–11pm, Monday–Saturday
• Closed Sundays — guaranteed weekend day off

What You’ll Do

• Lead and run shifts independently
• Supervise and support a team of bakers
• Assign stations and manage workflow
• Ensure production stays on pace (dough, baking, frosting)
• Maintain quality and food safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service
• Train and coach team members
• Support opening, closing, and daily operations

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years leadership experience preferred
• Strong reliability and consistent attendance
• Ability to manage a shift independently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
• Able to stand for shift duration and lift 10–55 lbs
