Part-Time Office Manager / Leasing Consultant

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Approximately 9 hours per week

Thrive Property Group is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Office Manager / Leasing Consultant to join our team in Brownstown, IN. • Welcome prospective residents and provide professional apartment tours.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and online leasing inquiries.
• Process rental applications and assist new residents through the leasing process.
• Collect monthly rent and maintain accurate resident records.
• Build positive relationships with residents and promptly address questions or concerns.
• Conduct move-out inspections and document apartment conditions.
• Coordinate apartment turnovers with maintenance staff and outside vendors.
• Schedule and follow up on maintenance requests to ensure excellent resident service.
• Perform routine property inspections to help maintain curb appeal and identify maintenance needs.
• Assist with lease renewals and resident retention efforts.
• Complete administrative tasks, maintain organized files, and enter data accurately.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Support the overall success and daily operations of the apartment community.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Detail-oriented and dependable.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in property management, leasing, office administration, banking, hospitality, retail management, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
