Position: Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) Start Date: August 3rd Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 4:30pm Job Description To provide administrative support to Supervisory Staff, Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs), Processors and Closers in order to expedite the processing of mortgage applications. Provide mortgage administration and post-closing assistance. To receive and respond to inquiries from members regarding mortgage applications. Assist Secondary Marketing with retrieving outstanding Notes and preparing files for delivery, after closing has occurred Initiate setup of mortgage applications by printing application and credit report Monitor incoming loan volume; assigning and tracking each loan prior to forwarding Monitor, field and direct phone calls; document as required Skills And Qualifications Mortgage/Real Estate/Financial Institution is Highly Preferred 1-3 years of office/administrative experience Leadership experience within a retail or restaurant setting Strong multitasking skills Excel and SharePoint experience is a plus Work Environment Hands-on training and development provided Room for long-term advancement Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
