About the Role:
Join our dedicated team at BREEZE OF CARE LLC as a Caregiver, where you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients in Ambler, PA. We are looking for compassionate individuals who are committed to providing exceptional care and support to those in need.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist clients with mobility and daily living activities.
• Administer medication as prescribed and monitor client health.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document and report any changes in client condition to the healthcare team.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving preferred.
• Previous experience in a caregiver or home health aide role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
