Job Title: HRSP Project Manager

Duration: 2 months (Remote)

Project: SAP HR Support Pack (HRSP) Implementation Project

Duration: 6 Months

• This is a specialized Project Manager role, and candidates must have proven hands-on experience managing multiple SAP HR Support Pack (HRSP) implementation projects.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong SAP HR/Payroll background and demonstrated experience managing HRSP upgrades, payroll legal changes, enhancement packs/support packs, testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare.

Mandatory requirements include:

• Proven experience as Project Manager for multiple SAP HRSP implementation projects.
• Strong experience with SAP HCM, SAP Payroll, and Time Management.
• Previous management of SAP Payroll enhancement, legal change, and support pack deployments.
• End-to-end project management experience covering planning, scope, risks/issues, resources, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Experience coordinating Payroll, HR, Basis, Security, Integration, Testing, and Business teams.
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance and country-specific legal updates.
• Ability to assess and manage HRSP impacts across payroll schemas, PCRs, custom developments, interfaces, forms, reports, and integrations.

Preferred Experience:

• Global payroll environments covering multiple countries.
• EC Payroll, SAP HCM Payroll, and SuccessFactors integrations.
• CAB, SOX/ITGC, audit, and controlled IT governance environments.
• Transport coordination, retrofit management, and release management.
