Move Forward AZ is looking for an Operations Coordinator - Marketing to help coordinate marketing initiatives, maintain brand consistency, support client engagement, and keep day-to-day marketing operations running smoothly.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, managing details, and working behind the scenes to help a team grow.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually

Compensation:

$50,000 - $55,000

Responsibilities:

• Manage marketing projects from planning through completion

• Manage social media scheduling and help maintain the content calendar

• Create and update marketing materials for listings, events, and company promotions

• Organize marketing assets, templates, and digital files

• Coordinate client appreciation events and community marketing activities

• Assist with email campaigns, newsletters, and database communications

• Help maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels

• Track project deadlines and ensure marketing initiatives stay on schedule

• Support recruiting and employer branding efforts through marketing coordination

• Assist with reporting and administrative tasks related to marketing performance

Qualifications:

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

• Experience using Canva and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools

• Comfortable learning new technology and marketing platforms

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Self-motivated and dependable

• Creative mindset with excellent follow-through

• Small business experience preferred

• Real estate experience is a plus but not required
