Senior Product Manager - Tech, Amazon Publisher Monetization - Video Network

Key job responsibilities Define and own the multi-year product vision and roadmap for our global video network, developing business cases and strategic priorities that drive supply growth and network differentiation Identify and evaluate supply opportunities that unlock revenue potential, working to understand publisher needs and market gaps that our products can address Design and execute product strategies that enable effective go-to-market approaches, including product packaging, pricing models, and sales enablement that attract and retain high-quality publishers Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, business development, and operations teams to align on product direction and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives Own product performance and business outcomes, establishing metrics that measure success, conducting regular business reviews, and presenting strategic recommendations to senior leadership A day in the life In this role, you'll focus on building the supply-side strategy that makes our video network the preferred choice for publishers worldwide. You might spend your morning collaborating with engineering teams to refine technical requirements for a new publisher onboarding capability, then transition to a strategic planning session with cross-regional leaders to evaluate expansion opportunities in emerging markets. You'll analyze supply performance data to identify gaps in our network, sketch out innovative product concepts that address publisher needs, and present your findings to senior leadership. Throughout the day, you'll work across sales, business development, and operations teams to align on go-to-market approaches and ensure your product roadmap balances immediate supply wins with long-term network transformation. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree 7+ years of technical product or program management experience 5+ years of end to end product delivery experience Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience managing technical products or online services Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning Preferred Qualifications Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
