Lead Technical Project Manager

Software Resources has an immediate, long term contract job opportunity for a Lead Technical Project Manager with major corporation in Orlando, FL.


2 days per week on-site, remainder Remote.

Must Haves:
Seeking an experienced Lead Tech PM with over 10+ years of experience working on large scale projects in an enterprise company.

• strong executive presence including status updates and reporting is needed for this role.
• Looking for an individual who can drive meeting presence, "read the room, " and successfully and sensitively communicate with key stakeholders.
• Candidates that will find success in this role are those with a strong financial background, experience in risk assessment and escalation, who can challenge the numbers/push back on financials. This individual will work closely with PMO (waterfall methodology) and Delivery Teams (agile/scrum) so a blended background is strongly preferred.

We are responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology & digital-led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation and Merchandise lines of business as well as other initiatives.


Seeking a Lead Tech PM to supervise a project involving multiple work streams. This pivotal role will be responsible for end to end financial, resource, and milestone oversight with a focus on identifying and escalating risk. This role will assist the team in staying on track to delivery expectations, assisting with scenario planning at key decision points, and maintaining detailed documentation on project status.



Basic Qualifications:
- Strong experience in deploying enterprise scale Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) projects
- Established knowledge and understanding of identity management tools and products such as OKTA, Ping, ACME, Keystone, Active Directory, & etc. REQUIRED
- Excellent project management experience
-Agile, Scrum, & PMP
-Ability to translate 'executive talk' into actions
-Attention to details; with excellent hands-on-keyboard documentation skills from preparing PowerPoint to logging risks and issues
-Excellent story telling skills
-Past experience in interfacing with Executives as project manager
-Past Disney experience a huge plus
-MUST be flexible in working hours as this role involves resources from both coasts



Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in SAP, SmartSheets, MyPPM, JIRA,
