SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Position Overview Full Time SHIFT SUPERVISOR Location: Marist Murray – 3399 North Road, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601. Applications accepted online only. Schedule: Full time, Thursday through Sunday, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm. Additional details will be provided during interview. Pay: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour. Responsibilities Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure job expectations are met while maintaining policy and procedure. Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and discipline those who fail to meet reasonable standards. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations. Act as contact for employee complaints or time‑off requests. Mentor, develop employees, and encourage goal setting and advancement. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Prior experience in food safety, grilling, time management, customer service. Ability to uphold food and cleanliness standards. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
