Based in the heart of Charlotte, North Carolina, VIVA Chicken has spread its wings to 15 locations across the Carolinas. We're on the lookout for a passionate Restaurant Manager to join our growing team! At Viva Chicken, we're all about serving the Hottest Freshest Chicken driven by Passion for Real Food, an Obsession for Personalized Hospitality, and a genuine Commitment to People. Our Managers kickstart their journey with a base salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 and potential to earn total compensation of a mouthwatering $65,000 to $75,000 per year! But that's not all, we've got some fantastic perks lined up for you: Generous Benefits: We've got you covered. Performance Based Bonus paid every 28-days. 15 days (120 hours) of annual Paid Time Off Employee Assistance Program: 24/7 confidential support for life's challenges. Must be 21-years old and employed with Viva for 3-months to be eligible EWA (Earned Wage Access): Access half of your earned wages before payday.
