Director of Nursing (DON) - Contract Opportunity

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to provide leadership, clinical oversight, and operational management within a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment. This role is responsible for ensuring excellence in resident care, regulatory compliance, staff development, and nursing operations.

GUARANTEED HOURS

• 40 Hours Per Week
• Pay Rate: $59.40 - $69.30 per hour
• Bill Rate: $99.00 per hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all nursing department operations and clinical services.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff and department leaders.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, and clinical performance.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness efforts.
• Monitor resident outcomes and promote high standards of patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and adherence to nursing standards.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
• Day shift assignment.
• 40 guaranteed hours per week.
• 30-minute meal break included.
• Prior Director of Nursing experience required.
• PCC (PointClickCare) experience required.
• Registry personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility.
• A photo badge must be worn at all times while on assignment.
• Agency staff must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccination series or provide a documented religious and/or medical exemption where applicable.
• Additional vaccine doses must be obtained where required by law.
