In-Home Sales Representative (San Diego County, CA)

Are you a motivated sales professional who thrives on closing high-value deals? Do you enjoy helping homeowners improve their homes while earning a six-figure income? If so, we'd love to meet you.
We are a well-established, multi-million-dollar home improvement company serving San Diego County, CA . Thanks to our substantial investment in marketing, we generate more qualified leads than our sales team can currently handle. We're looking for two driven In-Home Sales Representatives to join our growing team.
With an average sale of over $21,000 , pre-qualified appointments, and ongoing support, you'll have everything you need to succeed. This is not a cold-calling position—our appointments are confirmed and ready for you.
What You'll Do- Meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled, qualified appointments.
- Conduct in-home consultations and recommend premium home improvement solutions.
- Build rapport, understand customer needs, and present customized proposals.
- Confidently ask for the sale and close deals.
- Maintain a strong closing percentage while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Run approximately two appointments per day.
- Previous sales experience (in-home sales preferred but not required).
- Strong closing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A passion for helping customers make informed decisions.
- Professional appearance and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design.
- Willingness to learn new sales strategies and product knowledge.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable.
- $100,000–$300,000+ annual earning potential
- Pre-set, qualified, and confirmed appointments
