Job Details Level: Experienced Location: Fairway & Northwest - Baltimore, MD 21207 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: High School Salary Range: $23.00 - $27.00 Hourly Travel Percentage: Up to 50% Job Shift: Day Job Category: Real Estate In this role, you will be charged with enhancing resident satisfaction, increasing resident retention, and reducing delinquency. The Assistant Property Manager also works closely with the Property Manager on daily operational tasks as needed.
