U.S. Healthcare Services provides in-home services to students throughout Pennsylvania who attend Charter School.

We are seeking an Educational Aide to provide in-person, one-on-one support to a 9th-grade student near Scranton, PA (18508). This role involves working 20 hours per week during school hours. The position is offered on a per-diem independent contractor basis, providing flexibility and convenience.

Pay: $20-22/hr.

Primary Responsibilities:

As a 1:1 aide, your responsibilities include:

• Individualized Support : Provide personalized assistance to encourage student participation in live online sessions.
• Behavioral Implementation : Implement Positive Behavior Support Plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Behavior Specialist
• Academic Guidance : Guide students through independent study and enrichment activities
• Assignment Oversight : Review classwork and supervise completion of make-up assignments

Qualifications:

• Educational Requirement : An Associate's degree or higher is mandatory.
• Experience : Prior work with children is essential.
• Clearances : Ability to obtain necessary background checks

Schedule:

• Choose your own hours during the school day
• Monday to Friday
