Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced LPN to provide direct patient care and clinical support in an Emergency Department setting.

Required Qualifications

• Active New York State LPN License.

• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience with Emergency Department experience required.

• BLS/CPR certification.

• Proficient in IV insertion and phlebotomy.

• EMR experience preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Must work every other weekend and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department.

• Perform IV insertion and phlebotomy.

• Obtain and document vital signs and patient assessments.

• Prepare patients for examinations and assist with procedures.

• Administer injections and support physician-directed treatments.

• Maintain clean and organized clinical areas.

• Accurately document patient care in the EMR.

• Observe patient responses and report changes to the RN
