We are looking to hire a Program Manager to join our team in Herndon, VA. This position reports to the COO. The Program Manager will be responsible for the following:Overseeing program & work force; plan, organize, direct & control all Team PGI contract activities, including timely submittal of reporting requirements.Managing costs, minimizing escalation & capitalizing on efficiencies & cost reduction opportunities.Enforcing efficient, timely & quality delivery of the PMP and other contract deliverables ensures accurate invoices.Meeting with all personnel at pre-deployment briefs and on their return from deployments to get feedback on possible program improvements, etc.Assisting the Travel Team, as neededOther duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:The Program Manager shall have at least ten (10) years of program management experience, overseeing 60 or more personnel working in high-threat OCONUS locations.Bachelor's degree or PMP Certification.
