Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Disaster Recovery DR Technical Lead to lead the end-to-end technical delivery of a cloud-based DR enablement program across business-critical applications. The role is responsible for driving the overall DR strategy, technical governance, cloud resiliency alignment, dependency coordination, and successful execution of DR enablement activities while acting as the primary technical interface between business application and infrastructure teams. Key Responsibilities Strategy Technical Leadership Assessment Solution Design Technical Delivery Governance Recovery Validation Operational Readiness Stakeholder Management Technical Expertise Strong experience in Disaster Recovery architecture and implementation Azure Cloud architecture and operations High Availability and MultiAZ design patterns Cloud resiliency and business continuity planning Application dependency mapping and recovery planning Infrastructure as Code concepts: Terraform, ARM, Bicep Azure services including Compute, Networking, Storage, AKS and PaaS services Secondary Skills Azure DevOps and CI/CD concepts Deployment automation and Infrastructure as Code Cloud governance tagging standards and operational best practices Application Integration API and integration dependency analysis Recovery runbook development and validation Preferred Skills Experience leading enterprise DR transformation programs Financial Services or Insurance domain experience Multicloud or hybrid cloud environments Azure Site Recovery, Backup, and cloud resiliency solutions Experience leading cross‑functional technical teams #J-18808-Ljbffr Smart IT Frame
