Site Coordinator

Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomy Site Coordinator in Gainesville, Georgia to oversee patient service center operations and perform blood collection procedures. The role involves managing staff performance, patient flow, inventory, and specimen processing while ensuring compliance and quality service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate activities across assigned patient service centers
• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
• Monitor patient flow, wait times, inventory levels and productivity metrics
• Prepare specimens for testing and handle data entry and billing processes
• Address staffing, compliance and customer service issues with supervisors

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years phlebotomy experience
• Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program
• In-depth knowledge of phlebotomy techniques and procedures
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
