Recruitment Coordinator

Iron Mountain

Wind Gap, PA

Check in regularly with field employees and client supervisors to identify concerns, gather feedback, and help reduce turnover.
Review daily headcount and staffing needs, monitor attendance and punctuality, and respond quickly to callouts or coverage gaps.
Partner with the Sr. Client Success Manager, Delivery Manager, and recruiting team on hiring needs, new starts, and onboarding. Assist with interviews when needed.
Coordinate employee performance feedback and coaching with client leaders.
Track and communicate headcount, attendance, open positions, and employee concerns. xhyhwjd Reinforce site expectations, report safety incidents promptly, and escalate sensitive employee or compliance matters to the appropriate team.
Provide support at nearby locations as needed
