Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist — Cath Lab Tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)

Join a hospital-based cardiac catheterization laboratory in Miami, FL. The Cath Lab Technologist will assist physicians and cath lab staff in performing invasive cardiovascular procedures, operate imaging equipment, monitor patients, and maintain procedural and safety standards. This role supports diagnostic and interventional procedures including left and right heart caths, peripheral interventions, structural heart procedures, and electrophysiology cases.

Minimum Qualifications

• ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist, CRT, RCIS, or RCES required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications preferred (American Heart Association preferred).
• State-specific licensure as required for practice in Florida.
• Experience with Philips and GE imaging equipment preferred.
• Experience documenting in Meditech or similar electronic medical record systems preferred.
• Previous cath lab experience in a hospital setting preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with LHC, RHC, peripheral interventions, structural heart, and EP procedures.
• Ability to function independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Prior travel or per-diem experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 1100–1900.
• Call requirements include after hours, weekends, and major holidays.
• Patient ratio typically 1:3 in the unit.
