Assistant Housekeeping Manager

We're looking for a motivated, organized, and hands-on Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support our housekeeping team and help maintain a clean, welcoming hotel environment. Responsibilities Lead and support Room Attendants to ensure guestrooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards. Stay current on all Hilton Brand Standards Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity and quality. Inspect guestrooms, public areas, laundry, fitness center, pool area, and storage spaces. Train, coach, and motivate team members. Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory levels. Help maintain a positive and efficient work environment. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of hotel housekeeping management or executive housekeeping experience. Must possess basic computers skills Strong leadership and communication skills. Must pass a background check. Must have a valid NC Driver's License and reliable transportation Weekend and holiday availability required.
