Job Title: Finacial Analyst
Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
Duration: 06 Months (Contract)

- Consolidate and analyze IFRS 17 financial results.
- Prepare and report consolidated financial results to the Holding Company.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
- Prepare and post accounting journal entries.
- Partner with finance, accounting, and business teams to ensure accurate reporting.
- Drive process improvements and support strategic financial initiatives.
- years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Financial Reporting.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS 17 and financial statement consolidation.
- Experience posting and reviewing accounting journal entries.
- Background in insurance, life insurance, or financial services**.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
