Nationwide Inbound is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Freeport, IL.

This is a phone-focused B2B sales role where you'll connect with businesses across the country, start conversations with decision-makers, uncover potential needs, and schedule qualified discovery appointments.

You don't need years of B2B sales experience to be successful here. We're looking for someone who is confident on the phone, coachable, persistent, organized, and motivated by goals.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to prospective businesses
• Connect with business owners and decision-makers
• Ask questions to understand their current needs and challenges
• Introduce Nationwide Inbound's services when there's a potential fit
• Schedule qualified discovery appointments
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email
• Keep calls, conversations, and next steps organized in our CRM
• Work toward daily and weekly activity and appointment goals

Previous experience in sales, customer service, call centers, appointment setting, or business development is helpful, but not required.

Attitude, communication skills, consistency, and coachability matter just as much to us as previous sales experience.

Work Location
