Our organization is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to become part of a respected Women's Health Care Center located in Wilson, NC. The current practice team consists of three OB/GYN physicians, two midwives, and a dedicated support staff. Our single office is situated in Wilson, where deliveries and gynecological surgical procedures are performed at Wilson Medical Center. With over 30 years of service to women in Wilson and its neighboring areas, we have established a stellar reputation for quality patient care. This role presents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced physician to join a private practice in a welcoming, family-oriented community, or for a resident to receive mentorship and support in delivering exceptional patient care.

• Currently comprised of three OB/GYN physicians and two midwives, with plans to recruit a fourth physician.
• Midwives handle first call during both weekdays and weekends.
• Well-established practice with a robust patient base, providing outstanding women's healthcare for over three decades.
• Wilson Medical Center is equipped with the da Vinci robotic system for gynecological surgeries.
• Daily patient volume ranges from 25 to 30, including in-office procedures.
• One call day per week and one weekend of coverage each month.
• Average of 15 to 18 deliveries monthly.
• Starting with four weeks of vacation.
• Guaranteed salary of $320,000 for the first year.
• Sign-on bonus of $30,000 and a retention bonus of $30,000.
• $625 compensation for each call shift.
• $15,000 relocation assistance.
