As the recruiting lead you will be responsible for the full spectrum of the hiring plan from identifying needs and shortlisting candidates to closing successful hires. Recruiting Responsibilities include creating and publishing job ads, interviewing candidates and seeking out new candidate sources for our Corporate Headquarters. Ultimately, you will maintain and improve our employer brand, ensuring that we attract and hire people who contribute to our company’s growth and development. Responsibilities Collaborate with HR and Leadership to develop tailored recruitment strategies for attracting and identifying top talent Partner with the business to define hiring needs, and role responsibilities and requirements Manage job postings and applicant tracking on vineyard vines Career’s page and LinkedIn Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, and maintain a pipeline for future relationships and hiring need Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, Zoom interviews, and in-person meetings) and schedule interviews for business partners Understand market data associated with the retail industry salaries and competitive offering Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion Show initiative and act as the recruiting leader to keep search and timeline on track Send offer letters, launch onboarding paperwork, conduct professional references, and initiate background checks to onboard new hire Oversee internal and external communication and documenting feedback Qualifications 5+ years of experience with in-house full-cycle recruitment in a Retail environment Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (like zoom or panel interviews) Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation #J-18808-Ljbffr
