Responsibilities:

• Prepare food in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as our established policies and procedures.

• Work closely with the Food Service Director to ensure quality food service is provided at all times.

• Assist with food planning, menu development, and inventory management.

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

• Collaborate with other departments to provide excellent customer service and ensure resident satisfaction.

• Keep accurate records of food preparation, storage, and waste disposal.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
