CNC Programmer Setup Machinist

Job Title: Mechanical Engineer – SolidWorks & CNC Programming
Location: Ventura County, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: DOE

Job Summary

Design, develop, and support manufacturing of new products
Create engineering drawings and models using SolidWorks
Program CNC machines and support production processes
Work closely with manufacturing to improve and launch products

Key Responsibilities

Design parts and assemblies using SolidWorks
Produce and update detailed manufacturing drawings
Program and support CNC machining operations
Assist in new product development from concept to production
Collaborate with production teams to resolve design and manufacturing issues
Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives

Qualifications

Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background preferred
Strong SolidWorks experience required
CNC programming and machining experience required
Ability to read and create technical drawings
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Manufacturing or production support experience preferred
