The role requires managing a team of attorneys from the inception of the lawsuit to final approval or trial. Candidates must possess strong verbal and written communication, research, organizational and analytical skills, be able to work independently and lead a team of attorneys. Prior experience in wage and hour class actions and representative actions in California State and Federal courts is required, including familiarity with procedural law and handling discovery, law and motion. This is an opportunity for growth and development with a path to Partnership in the future. Compensation Base: $150,000 - $250,000 with additional bonus potential ($50,000 - $100,000+).
