Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._ **How you'll make an impact in this role** + Lead shift operations by strategically assigning patient loads to ensure every individual receives high-quality, attentive care tailored to their specific needs. + Mentor and empower nursing staff through real-time education and guidance, fostering a culture of clinical excellence and professional growth within the unit. + Resolve patient and family concerns with empathy and efficiency, acting as a dedicated advocate to ensure a safe, supportive, and positive healing environment. + Optimize unit resources and supply workflows to ensure the frontline team has exactly what they need to deliver seamless, uninterrupted bedside care. + Evaluate team performance and provide meaningful input on hiring and development, helping to build and sustain a high-performing medical-surgical department. **What minimum requirements you'll need** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
