Senior Paid Social Specialist
Location: Remote (Central or Eastern time zones only)
Shift/Schedule: Full-time, partial-year contract, November through April
Pay/Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
- Manage hands-on campaign execution across Meta and TikTok, including setup and QA
- Monitor and optimize budget pacing, frequency, creative fatigue, bids, and audiences
- Proactively identify campaign-health issues and optimization opportunities
- Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights and testing recommendations
- Partner with cross-functional teams on planning, reporting, and measurement
- Support pre-season campaign builds, trafficking, creative planning, and launch readiness
- Maintain daily campaign monitoring, QA, and creative rotation during peak season
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years managing paid social campaigns, particularly across Meta and TikTok
- Strong understanding of campaign trafficking, QA, and audience management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into recommendations
- Experience collaborating with media, creative, analytics, and data teams
- Familiarity with social reporting and measurement tools
- Must be based in the Central or Eastern time zone
