This is not a door-to-door sales position. You will not be expected to pitch homeowners, close sales, or meet sales quotas. Your job is simple: visit neighborhoods where Panoramic Pro Painting has active projects, make sure our yard signs are properly placed and visible, and distribute door hangers to surrounding homes. We're looking for someone dependable who has reliable transportation, enjoys working independently, and is comfortable spending time outdoors and walking through neighborhoods. Compensation: $24 - $25 hourly Responsibilities: * Visit assigned neighborhoods and active job sites throughout the Denver area * Confirm Panoramic Pro Painting yard signs are properly placed and visible * Place or adjust yard signs as needed * Distribute door hangers to homes surrounding active projects * Follow assigned routes and complete scheduled neighborhood outreach * Keep track of completed locations and activities * Provide basic updates to the team after completing assignments * Travel locally between assigned neighborhoods and job sites Qualifications: * Reliable transportation is required * Dependable, punctual, and able to consistently complete scheduled work * Comfortable walking for extended periods and working outdoors * Able to work independently with minimal supervision * Comfortable traveling locally throughout the Denver area * Smartphone for communication and basic updates * Professional and respectful when working in residential neighborhoods No previous sales or canvassing experience is required.
