Print Production Specialist

Duration: 0-4+ months (Temp to Engage) Shift Time: Day Shift: M-F 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Job Description
This contingent worker will be responsible for complete operation of all day-to-day actives of a combined Mail and Print center.
- Duties will include processing of all USPS mail including metering,
- Processing of all out-going FedEx shipping,
- Print Production of copy jobs, including Wide Format printing and layout as well as numerous types of finishing (laminating, folding, GBC, cutting, etc).
- Monthly data keeping and reporting of all shop activities.
- Standard print & mail equipment will be used including a production copier, Roland Wide Format printer, various off-line finishing tools, USPS mail meter, FedEx pc for processing, etc.
- The job entails a good amount of standing (estimate half the day) but intermittent.
- No extensive walking. Lifting on average is a case of paper (40-50 lbs) and is not extensive.
- Candidates should have excellent communication (both written and verbal) as this is a client facing position.
- Good PC skills are also needed as they will be using MS Excel and PowerPoint, as well as various Adobe products.
- Applicant must have experience in print production & wide-format printing, plus basic mail/shipping processes such as USPS and FedEx handling.
