We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team in West Virginia. • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support quality improvement initiatives

• MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent).
• Completion of an accredited Pediatric residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active West Virginia medical license.
