Facilities maintenance technician

Position Summary: Maintenance Technician performs a full range of skilled duties related to the maintenance of manufacturing equipment and facilities. This individual will assist in repair, troubleshoot, operation of manufacturing equipment as well as facilities related maintenance, repair and cleaning of buildings and facilities.

salary: $41,000 - $51,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Qualifications Required:
• Must have the ability, confidence, and self-motivation to apply talents independently and with good
judgment
• Able to respond to security, facility, and manufacturing issues during business hours, off hours, and
weekends.
• Familiar with efficiency and quality measurements
• Have good situational judgment and decision making skills.
• Ability to prioritize and complete work with minimal supervision.
• Able to use appropriate hand, air, and electric tools to maintain and repair buildings, grounds, and
equipment
• Knowledge of packaging and automated equipment.
• Knowledge of OSHA, building codes and other regulatory requirements a plus.
• Able to perform repairs and adjustment of manufacturing equipment
• Understand and follow company policies and procedures on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP &
SOP's).
• Must be flexible to working hours including overtime & weekends.
