Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $117.25

What You'll Do:

• Conduct psychological screenings and assessments based on inmate records and interviews
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary mental health team to coordinate care
• Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans
• Make rounds in housing units to assess mental health status and needs
• Provide therapeutic interventions, counseling, and crisis management
• Participate in team conferences and treatment planning sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation of clinical encounters and treatment plans

What You Need:

• Active or eligible license as a Psychologist in Tennessee or ability to obtain licensure
• Prior experience in mental health treatment preferred
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment and counseling techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
