Real Estate Assistant

The McKillion Real Estate Group is seeking a Licensed Showing Assistant to support our agents while gaining hands‑on experience, mentorship, and exposure to proven systems. This role is ideal for licensed agents who are eager to learn, grow, and build a sustainable business within a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Conduct property showings and home tours with prospective buyers Assist lead agents in delivering an exceptional client experience Coordinate showing schedules and communicate effectively with clients Gather and organize property information to support buyer consultations Maintain accurate records and updates within the team's CRM system Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and coaching opportunities Follow established systems and processes to ensure a seamless experience for clients Qualifications Active Oregon Real Estate License required Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Portland Metro area Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and receive coaching Ability to work independently while contributing to a team‑oriented environment Passion for helping others achieve their real estate goals About Our Team The McKillion Real Estate Group is a top-performing real estate team serving the greater Portland Metro and Vancouver communities.
